Mrs. Peggy Rein, 82, passed away Wed., Jan. 8, 2020 at her Brewton residence.
Mrs. Rein was Born in Brewton and had lived for a number of Years in Gold Canyon, Ariz., before returning to Brewton in 2011. She was a faithful servant of God, loved to travel, and was an avid golfer. She had worked as a supervisor for U.S. West Communications for a number of years. Mrs. Rein was a member of Brewton First Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett Curtis Watson and Carmen Durden Watson; her first husband, Richard Caron; and her second husband, James Rein.
She is survived by a daughter, Susan Caron (Francisco) Acacio of Kamuela, Hawaii; a brother, Robert (Doris) Watson of Brewton; two sisters, Sarah (Thomas) Odom of Brewton and Marie (Pat) McRae of Brewton; her aunt, Betty Steadham, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wed., Jan.15, 2020, at 11AM at Brewton First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Parker Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow in Weaver Family Cemetery with Craver’s Funeral Home of Brewton directing.
