Mr. Tony Lavine Martin age 81 of Roby Street East Brewton, Alabama passed away Thur., Feb. 6, 2020,  in a Pensacola, Fla., hospice facility after a brief illness. He was a native of Butler County, ALa. and a lifelong resident of East Brewton, Ala. Mr. Martin was a member of the Pursue Life Church, a 1958 graduate of W.S. Neal High School, and was retired from Scott Paper Company.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Brown Gandy Martin; a sister,  Laura Faye Joyner.

He is survived by his sister, Gloria Kay Dyal of East Brewton; nephews, Larry Fleming of East Brewton and Greg (Cindy) Fleming of Brewton, Mark Joyner of Brewton, Jeffery (Tiffany) Joyner of Chumuckla, Fla., Adam (Christy) Joyner of East Brewton; a niece, Tammy (Jon) Pence of East Brewton; five grand nephews; four grand nieces; three  great grand nephews; two great grand nieces.

Visitation was held Mon., Feb. 10, 2020, from 6PM until 8PM at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton.

Funeral Services were scheduled for Tues., Feb. 11, 2020, at 11AM at Williams Memorial Chapel with Pastor Michael Montgomery and Speaker Bernie Raines officiating.

Interment followed in Weaver Cemetery Brewton, Ala., with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton directing.
