ROCK CREEK, ALA.

Mrs. Linda Kay Lucas Vaughn, 61, of Rock Creek, Ala., passed away Tuesday, Mar., 24, 2020, at her residence. She was a native of Brewton and a lifelong resident of Rock Creek, Ala

Mrs Vaughn was a member of the Rock Creek Apostolic Church. A 1976 graduate of W.S. Neal High School and a Homemaker.

She is survived by her son, Jeremy Douglas of Pensacola, Fla.; a daughter, Denise Michelle (Richard) Walker of Pace, Fla; nieces, Julie Ann Lucas and Jessica Lucas of Rock Creek; nephews, Christopher Deck, Jonathan Lee Howell, Keith Holley, Gary (Susan) Holley and Justin Lucas; two sisters, Joan (Hughdon) Holley of Baker, Fla. and Ann Presson of Rock Creek.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Barry Vaughn; a brother, Rocky Lucas; her parents, Wilmer and Mavis Booker Lucas; her step-father, Jessie McCraney.

Private Family Funeral Services were scheduled for Sunday,  Mar., 29, 2020,  2PM at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. David Earl Elliott officiating.

Graveside Services were scheduled for Sunday, Mar. 29, 2020, 3PM at Rock Creek Cemetery with Rev. David Earl Elliott officiating.

Internment  followed in Rock Creek Cemetery Rock Creek, Alabama with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton directing.
