Mrs. Joyce Fuqua Grace, 68, of Brewton, Ala., passed away Friday Apr., 24, 2020, in a Pensacola, Fla., hospital after a brief illness. She was a native of Brewton, a former resident of Evergreen, Ala., before moving back to Brewton. Mrs. Grace was a 1971 graduate of W.S. Neal High School and a homemaker. She loved Alabama, plant gardening, and her dog Max.

The family of Mrs. Grace would like to thank The Bethel Community Mennonite Church for all the kindness and gratitude shown during her sickness.

She is survived by her niece/daughter, Christy Skinner of Brewton; her brother,  Wayne (Evelyn) Fuqua of Cantonment, Fla.; her grandchild, Ryan (Lindsay) Skinner of Atmore, Ala., her great grandson, Liam Skinner; three nephews, Jason, Josh, and Chad Fuqua.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elen “Son” and Maxine Rhodes Fuqua; her husband, Leland Grace; her twin sister, Janice Fuqua.

Graveside Services were scheduled for Tuesday, Apr. 28, 2020, at 2PM at Bethel Cemetery with Rev. John Kemp officiating.

Interment  followed in Bethel Cemetery Brewton, Ala., with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton, Ala., directing.
