Mrs. Faith Ann Beers, age 83, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2020 at her Brewton residence.

Mrs. Beers was born in Hammond, IN and had been a resident of Brewton since 1984, coming from Valparaiso, FL.  She was a preacher’s wife, and she loved to read, do crafts, and spend time with children. She was a member of Christ Kingdom Ministry Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. James R. Beers, Sr.; and her parents, Wilbur J. Cox and Jesse Seiffert Cox.

She is survived by a son Jim Beers, Jr. of Brewton, AL; two daughters, Donna (Bill) Wilde of Smyrna, TN and Margaret Wells of Niceville, FL; one brother, Richard Cox of California; and a sister, Edna Pubal of Ohio; six grandchildren, Billy (Katherine) Wilde, Scotty Wilde, Brian (Rebecca) Wells, Aaron (Adam) Wells, Caleb (Rowena) Beers, Brittany Beers; and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Weaver Cemetery on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Avon Fowler and Pastor Herman Bradley officiating.

Pallbearers:  Billy Wilde, Scotty Wilde, Brian Wells, Aaron Wells, Caleb Beers, and Bubba Wilde.
