MIRIAM LORRAINE WIGGINS CROOK
BREWTON, ALA.
Miriam Lorraine Wiggins Crook, 86, of Brewton passed away Thursday, May 14, 2020, at her daughters residence after a brief illness. She was a native of Pensacola, Fla. and a lifelong resident of Escambia County, Ala. Mrs. Crook was a member of the May Creek Methodist Church, and a homemaker. She was known as Aunt Raine.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Crook (Bob) Rhodes of Monroe, La.; a sister, Alice Cahoon of Wetumpka, Ala.; granddaughters, Katrina Steed and Tiffany Crabtree; great grandsons, David Crabtree, Shane Crabtree, Brandon Steed; great granddaughter, Gabriela Crook; two nieces; five nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ben David Crook; her parents, Andrew and Lizzy Kate Crawford Wiggins; great grandson, Cody A. Cook.
Visitation was held Tuesday afternoon May 19, 2020 from 1PM until 2PM at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton.
Funeral Services were scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 2PM at Williams Memorial Chapel with the Rev. John Sluder officiating.
Interment followed in May Creek Cemetery Brewton, Ala., with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton directing.
