Mrs. Charlene Jackson, 66, of Tom Nall Road in Lenox, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 at her residence after a brief illness.
She was a native of Pensacola, Fla., a former resident of Pace, Fla., and a long time resident of Lenox. She was a graduate of George Stone High School in Pensacola, Fla., a former bookkeeper, and homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, reading, and crocheting.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Terry Jackson of Lenox; one son, Michael (Lon) Colinsworth of Andalusia; three brothers, Eddie Garrett and Bobby Garrett, both of Pensacola, Fla., and Paul Garrett of Texas; one sister, Marelle Mitchell of Pensacola, Fla.; five grandchildren, Faith Collinsworth, Caleb Collinsworth, Eli Collinsworth, Logan Taylor and Amber Taylor.
She was preceded in death by a son, Chad Collinsworth.
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. until service time at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Brewton. Funeral Services are scheudled for Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Skipper officiating. Interment will follow in Damascus Cemetery int he Dmascus Community of Brewton with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
