Mrs. Patsy Lucas Booker, 74, of Charles Booker Road in Baker, Fla., passed away Thursday August 6, 2020 in a Pensacola, Fla. hospital after a brief illness.
She was a native of Brewton and a long time resident of Baker, Fla. She was a member of the Rock Creek Apostolic Church, a graduate of Baker High School, a former employee of Judy Bond, and was a retired clerk from the Judge of Probate office with 27 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Booker; her parents, Lonnie and Eula Franklin Lucas; sisters Willie Robinson and Sue Brown; a brother, Ben “Little Boy” Lucas; and grandchildren Emily Booker and Zoey Simmons.
She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Charles Booker of Baker; one son, Mayhew (Mary) Booker of Wing; two brothers, Ronnie Lucas and Jimmy Lucas both of Pensacola, Fla.; one sister, Merlene Myrick of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandhildren.
Visitation was held Sunday, Aug. 9, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Rock Creek Apostolic Church in the Rock Creek Community of Brewton..
Funeral Services were held Monday, Aug. 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.. at the Rock Creek Apostolic Church with Bro. John Wayne Pierce and the Rev. Bill Wiley officiating. Interment followed in Rock Creek Apostolic Church Cemetery Rock Creek Community Brewton, Alabama with Williams Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in charge of arrangements.
