Mrs. Beulah Evans Hammac, 97, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020 in Pensacola, Fla.
Mrs. Hammac was a life-long resident of the Brewton area. She was a former member of the Eastern Star, the Wallace Home Demonstration Club, and served on the Board of the Wallace Fire Department for a number of years. She was a member of Wallace United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Autrey Hammac; a son, Joseph Earl Hammac; and two daughters, Sandra Hammac Harris and Beverly Hammac Evans.
She is survived by four grandchildren, JoAnn Evans of Brewton, Anita (Phil) Waguespack of Gulf Breeze, Fla., James Autrey Evans of Brewton, and Leanne (Kevin) Ward Wilson of Brewton; four great-grandchildren, Keaton (Cindy) Norris, Kelsey (Adam) Troller, Krista Waguespack, and Elisabeth Evans; and one great-great-grandson, Edison Troller.
Funeral services were held Sunday, October 25, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Bledsoe officiating. Interment followed at Hanberry Cemetery.
Visitation was held at Craver’s Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m.. until service time.
Pallbearers were Keaton Norris, Rankin Madden, Donny Evans, Sonny Evans, Johnny Godwin, and Kevin Wilson.
Craver’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
