Mrs. Betty Dean Lundy Elliott, 78, of Monroeville passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020 at her residence.

She was a native of Andalusia but lived most of her life in Monroeville. She worked in sales at Walmart and was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Elliott was preceded in death by her parents Benjamin David Lundy and Annie Belle Cook Lundy.

She is survived by her husband John Elliott of Monroeville; two sons, John Marcus Elliott of Monroeville, and David Burns Elliott of Beatrice; one brother, Benjamin Lundy of Jacksonville, Fla.; three grandchildren, Jerry Elliott, Justin Elliott and Dylan Elliott; and two great-grandchildren, Will Elliott and Zoe Elliott; four nieces, Linda Wilbanks of Montalba, Texas, Shawn Lundy of Brewton, Tracey Syles of Middleburg, Fla., and Sharon Leslie, Jacksonville, Fla.; three nephews, Joe Lundy of Middleburg, Fla., Zachary Lundy of Brewton, and Danny Culberson of Jacksonville, Fla.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Bravo and Jim Dewitt officiating.
