Mrs. Vonda Jean Kulman Coleman, 74, of Coleman Lane in Brewton, passed away Wednesday morning, December 16, 2020 in Brewton.
Mrs. Coleman was a native of Meridian, Miss., and a former resident of the Foley area before moving to Brewton 60 years ago. She was a retired mail carrier with 30 years of service and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Coleman was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
She is survived by two sons, Michael David Coleman of Brewton, and William Dean Coleman of Brewton; two brothers, Samuel Kulman of Foley, David Kulman of Foley; two sisters, Joyce Hilman of Foley, Nancy Perry of Foley; three grandchildren, Bo Burkett, Derrick Towell, Amanda Hawthorne: great-grandchildren, Preston Brantley, Kalee Burkett, Adrianna Burkett, Caleb Collingsworth, Ansley Towell, Gemma Hawthorne; one great-great grandson, Remington Brantley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Manley and Jeanette Kulman; and her husband of 48 years, Mason Coleman.
Pallbearers were Timmy Joe Rogers, Bo Burkett, Derrick Towell, Camaron Hawthorne, Cody Kent and Preston Brantley.
Graveside funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 18, 2020 at New Bethlehem Cemetery in the Barnett Crossroads community.
Cravers Funeral Home of Brewton was in charge of arrangements.
