Mrs. Lillian “Lynn” Pearson Nix, 71, of Furgerson Road in Brewton,  passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 in a Mobile, Alabama hospital after a brief illness.

Mrs. Nix was a native of Atmore and a longtime resident of Brewton. She attended the Cedar Hill Baptist Church, was a 1969 graduate of Escambia County High School, and was a former employee of Judy Bond, Sheltex, and The American Legion. She was a homemaker and enjoyed growing flowers.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Nix of Brewton; two sons, Richard (Jan) Nix of Trion, Ga., Scotty (Vickie) Nix of Brewton; two daughters, Samantha Howington of Brewton and Mickie Howington of Brewton; two brothers, Ollie (Merle) Pearson of Mobile, and Thurl (Gayle) Pearson of Atmore; one sister, Frances Brown of Round Rock, Texas; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday night April 21, 2021 at 6 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday night, April 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
