Drexell & Honeybee’s Donations Only Restaurant will once again be hosting a regionally recognized chef in-house Sept. 25 and 26.
Lisa McMillan, owner of the Brewton dining spot, said Chef Lamar Wright will bring his unique style of cooking to Brewton and create a special feast for visitors to the restaurant.
“Lamar will be serving on a seafood feast on the 25th,” McMillan said. “He will be serving gumbo, crab cakes, shrimp, cheese grits and more. On the 26th, he will be doing a variety of Chinese Cuisine dishes including General’s Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, shrimp fried rice and more.”
Drexell & Honeybee’s Donation’s Only Restaurant is located in historic downtown Brewton at 109 Lee Street. Typical hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
