July 4th activities will be plenty in East Brewton on Tuesday with plenty of ways to celebrate in the community.
The Fort Crawford Committee has planned the following events/activities:
9 a.m. – Spades Tourney at East Brewton S.A.I.L. Center on Williamson Street. Cost to participate is $10 per couple/team.
1 p.m. – Bingo at East Brewton S.A.I.L. Center on Williamson Street. Cost is $2 per card with plenty of prizes up for grabs.
4 p.m. – Horseshoe Tourney – Ft. Crawford Park
6 p.m. – Duck Race – Ft. Crawford Park. Ducks will be on sale throughout the day until 3 p.m. at the concession area at the S.A.I.L. Center or at Fort Crawford Park during scheduled activities.
5 p.m. until – Local talent. An array of music will be performed on the state at Fort Crawford Park featuring local musicians and artists. The finale band will be Mancil Rock Mafia taking the stage at 8 p.m. and playing until the fireworks show.
9:30 p.m. – Fire Works Display.
Snowden Street will be closed from Pine Street to Forrest Avenue beginning at 2 p.m. on Tuesday. Please plan your travel route accordingly.
