Pastor Clausell’s anniversary to be observed

For three years Russell E. Clausell Jr. has been leading the congregation at Greater Love Fellowship.
To honor his service, the congregation will be celebrating the anniversary with special services on Sunday, Aug. 11 beginning at 2 p.m.
The guest speaker for the occasion will be the pastor’s father, Russell E. Clausell Sr.
Greater Love Fellowship began in the Brewton area as a mission start that has grown into a full, gospel-filled congregation.
The services have moved from the J.L. Fisher Center in Brewton where they began to the church’s new home at 1108 Forrest Avenue in East Brewton. where the building is referred to as “The War Room.”
Clausell leads the congregation in worship during services at the church and helps reach out to the community by visitation at local assisted living facilities as well as providing enrichment for the youth.
Sunday worship services are held at 11:30 a.m. and is open to the public.
