The Greater Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for rodeo season and are now working to make the 2024 event an even bigger and better event. To do so, the organization is looking for sponsors to help with funding the event.

The 2024 event – which is the 10th annual event –  is scheduled for October 4 and 5 at the Brewton Municipal Arena inside O’Bannon Park.

Executive Director Judy Crane said the sponsorships come in a variety of opportunities for area businesses.

“The Rodeo has become one of our largest events,” Crane said.  “Now is your time to get in on the action.  We have several sponsorship opportunities available.”

Sponsorships range from $350 for smaller opportunities all the way to $5,000 for maximum exposure during the event. Some sponsor levels are limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship opportunities and benefits are as follows:

Platinum Buckle – $5,00: Title Event sponsor with large signs at center gate, name on event advertising, announcements by rodeo announcer through each performance, free vendor booth space, 10 VIP reserved parking passes; 25 adult rodeo ticks and logo printed on all pre-sold tickets;

Gold Buckle – $2,500: Headline Event sponsor with large arena sign; advertising announcements by rodeo announcer; free vendor booth space; 5 VIP parking passes; 15 adult rodeo tickets.

Specialty Act Sponsor – $1,500 (Windy Lattin): arena fence sign, extra highlights of sponsor made by announcer during rodeo performance;

Silver Spur – $1,000 (only 9 available): rodeo category sponsor (Mutton Buston’, Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Calf Roping, Breakaway Roping, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding); arena sign in area of premium visibility; advertising announcements provided by announcer during sponsored event; free vendor booth space; 2 VIP parking passes, 8 adult rodeo tickets.

Bucking Shoot Sponsor – $750 (only 6 available): Signs on bucking chute and extra highlight when contestant loads in chute;

Announcer Sponsor – $500: arena fence sign; extra highlight during rodeo performances;

Pick-Up Men Sponsor: $500: arena sign and extra highlight of sponsor during rodeo performances;

Bull Fighter Sponsor – $500: arena sign and extra highlight of sponsor during rodeo performances;

Miss Rodeo Alabama Sponsor – $500: arena sign and extra highlight of sponsor during rodeo performances;

Calf Scramble Sponsor – $500: arena sign and extra highlight of sponsor during rodeo performances;

Arena Signs – $350

Rodeo Patron – $100: name on spectator entrance signage.

All sponsorship commitments are due, with payment, by Friday, Sept. 20.
