Regular season play begins this week for high school football and the Tigers will open their season at home.

The T.R. Miller Tigers are playing host to the Straughn Tigers with a 7 p.m. kick off at Brewton Municipal Stadium adjacent to the school.

T.R. Miller is opening the season after a milestone win last week in Montgomery against Reeltown. The 28-to-7 win made the Tigers “The Winningest Team” in Alabama high school football notching their 727th win.

Straughn comes into the game off a loss to Highland Home last week.
