On Wednesday, August 7, 2024 two students received $500 scholarships from the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated Gamma Theta Chapter.

They were Serenity Mitchell and Elijah Suarez of T. R. Miller High School. Both, Elijah and Serenity have served as members of the Xinos and Kudos Club since their freshmen year of high school. They have participated in numerous hours of community service with our sorority.

Serenity is attending Tuskegee University and Elijah is attending The University of South Alabama. On hand to present the scholarhips were Andrella Nettles-Xinos Advisor and Glennie Culliver- Basileus of Gamma Theta Chapter.
