Multiple events set Saturday for plenty of fun

A multitude of special events will all take place this Saturday giving plenty of opportunity for family fun for the community.
Witches of Brewton annual Ride:
The Witches of Brewton will be taking flight on Saturday beginning from the parking lot of the Brewton Area YMCA on Belleville Avenue. Registration and gathering of witches and warlocks will begin at 1:45 p.m. with the ride set to begin at 3 p.m. The ride will be along Belleville Avenue from the YMCA facility to Market Park in downtown Brewton. The witches may have some surprises along the route with many throwing candy as they fly.
Escambia County Habitat for Humanity Fall Festival:
The Escambia County Habitat for Humanity will be hosting their annual Fall Festival event at Market Park in downtown Brewton beginning at 4 p.m. The event will feature plenty of family-friendly events including a cake walk, face painting, raffles, prizes, costume contests and more. Vendors will also be on hand to allow for early holiday shopping. Pig Daddy’s BBQ will be on-site at the park with their famous barbecue sandwiches and other delights. The event will continue until 8 p.m. at the park.
Cold Moon Festival:
The annual music presentation will be held at Market Park in downtown Brewton with the entertainment set to begin at 4 p.m. Taking the stage for the evening will be Grayson Capps, Will Kimbrough and Corky Huges and Friends. There is no admission charge to enjoy the concert-style outing. Listeners are invited to bring chairs and/or blankets to spread on the grass as the evening unfolds.
