Ladies Auxiliary grateful for support
May 28, 2007, was a day of remembrance for soldiers and veterans that protected and continue to protect our great nation and our freedoms.
On this day The American Legion Post 79 held a barbeque to help raise money for our soldiers and veterans and we would like to send out a big thank you to the veterans and community for their support, and also a thank you to Jefferson Smurfit, D.W. McMillan Hospital and to Auto Zone for the plates they ordered and to Mary Agee for her help.
We would not be able to be here and do the things we do for the community if not for everyone's continued support.
Our next benefit will be on June 16. Details to follow and thanks in advance for your help and continued support.
