Here’s a look at other standout performances from last week’s games:
OFFENSE
Lamarcus Adair, Pike County: Ran for 218 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries in a 32-18 loss to Bayside Academy
Jakoby Aldridge, Sweet Water: Rushed for 152 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries in 34-3 victory over G.W. Long.
Jermarcus Brown, Pickens County: Rushed for 259 yards on 23 carries and scored five touchdowns in a 38-22 win over Addison. He scored on runs of 52, 11, 59 and 47 yards to set a school single-season record with 44 rushing touchdowns and caught a 3-yard touchdown pass.
Will Brown, Fyffe: With the Red Devils clinging to a 28-21 lead and Walter Wellborn deep in Fyffe territory, Brown intercepted a pass at his own goal line and returned it 60 yards with 2:21 to play. The play set up Fyffe’s final touchdown about a minute late in a 35-21 win.
Tyler Cameron, Foley: Ran for one score and threw touchdown passes in the 23-20 loss to Auburn.
Ronnie Clark, Calera: Ran for 222 yards on 30 carries with two scores (6 and 3 yards) and added a 27-yard touchdown pass in the 35-24 loss to Dadeville.
Dantley Coker, Southside-Gadsden: Rushed 38 times for 193 yards in a 28-21 win over Cullman.
Dallas Cockerham, Lamar County: Ran for 225 yards and four touchdowns on 40 carries in Lamar County’s 40-34 loss at Mobile Christian.
Tyus Flakes, Auburn: Ran for 234 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries in a 23-20 win at Foley.
Maison Goodwin, Cullman: Hauled in six catches for 132 yards, including an 18-yard TD reception, in the 28-21 loss to No. 4 Southside-Gadsden.
Taylor Hawthorne, Edgewood: Threw for 243 yards and a touchdown, ran for 69 yards and a score and caught a 12-yard TD pass in a 35-20 win over Wilcox Academy.
Jamarius Henderson, Dale County: Ran for 200 yards on 21 carries with two touchdowns (62 and 1 yard) in a 29-20 loss to Straughn.
Hayden Huckabee, Marengo Academy: Rushed for 139 yards on 10 carries, scored on a 93-yard kickoff return and a 50-yard run and threw a touchdown pass in the win over Abbeville Christian.
Danny Johnson, J.O. Johnson: Completed 5 of 9 passes for 150 yards and three touchdowns – each to twin brother DeVon – and scored on a 12-yard run in a 58-14 win over Haleyville. The Johnson-to-Johnson TD hookups covered 71, 5 and 18 yards.
John Johnson, Charles Henderson: Rushed for 229 yards on 13 carries with two touchdowns (two 57-yarders) and caught five passes for 96 yards with another score (60 yards) in the Trojans’ 35-0 win over Childersburg.
Jordan Johnson, Vestavia Hills: Totaled 191 all-purpose yards with 109 yards rushing on 20 attempts with a 10-yard score and an 82-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in the 31-28 win over Bessemer City.
Marcus Key, Bessemer City: Accounted for 322 yards — completing 16 of 20 for 281 yards plus 41 yards rushing — and four touchdowns (1, 1 and 7 yards rushing, and a 42-yard pass) in the 31-28 loss to Vestavia Hills.
Jaylon Lyles, Clay-Central: Rushed for 209 yards on 24 carries and a score in a 23-6 win over Bibb County. Lyles now has 2,055 yards for the season.
Prentiss McCuiston, Linden: Rushed for 197 yards on 32 carries in the win over McKenzie.
Terrell McDaniel, Oneonta: Ran for 160 yards and two touchdowns (28, 23) on 14 carries in a 56-7 win over Jacksonville. He also had a 25-yard pass reception and returned a blocked punt 19 yards for a touchdown.
Malik Miller, Madison Academy: Carried 22 times for 136 yards and four touchdowns (32, 2, 4 and 4 yards) in a 43-12 win over Hamilton.
Hayden Moore, Clay-Chalkville: Completed 20 of 36 for 325 yards and two scores (58 and 44 yards), and added a 1-yard touchdown run in the 37-30 loss to Florence.
Kyran Moore, McAdory: Accounted for 316 yards total offense, completing 6 of 7 passes for 197 yards and two touchdowns (25 and 77 yards) and running for 119 yards with a 59-yard touchdown, in the 34-17 win over Pinson Valley.
Jarrette Pope, Clarke Prep: Rushed for 201 yards and three touchdowns on 37 carries in the Gators’ 36-30 semifinal win over Patrician Academy.
T.J. Pratt, Hubbertville: Rushed for 249 yards on 19 carries and scored on runs of 38 and 10 yards in a 50-14 win over Falkville.
Shade Pritchett, Marengo Academy: Caught touchdown passes of 31 and 61 yards and scored on a 7-yard run in a 44-13 win over Abbeville Christian.
Gunner Roach, UMS-Wright: Ran for two touchdowns and threw for another in 21-7 over Beauregard.
Tyler Rogers, Mobile Christian: Rushed for 274 yards and six touchdowns on 17 carries in a 40-34 over Lamar County.
Devin Scott, Straughn: Rushed for 261 yards and 27 carries, including 189 yards on 22 of Straughn’s 30 second-half snaps, and a pair of touchdowns (41 and 44 yards) in a 29-20 victory over Dale County.
Ito Smith, McGill-Toolen: Rushed for 201 yards and all three of his team’s touchdowns on 25 carries in the 24-20 win at Wetumpka.
Kieon Smith, T.R. Miller: Ran for three touchdowns and threw for another as the Tigers rolled over Midfield 41-6.
Hayden Stephens, Tanner: Carried 22 times for 138 yards and two touchdowns, including a 78-yard score late in the fourth quarter to seal the victory, as the Rattlers rallied to beat North Sand Mountain 27-17.
Austin Stiefel, Fyffe: Carried 13 times for 154 yards and two touchdowns. The TDs came on runs of 32 and 16 yards.
Dylan Stone, Glencoe: Had 285 total yards and five touchdowns in the 45-44 overtime loss to Colbert County. Stone completed 12-of-20 passes for 190 yards and four touchdowns while rushing 15 times for 95 yards and two scores.
Deven Sullivan, Muscle Shoals: Rushed for 163 yards and three touchdowns in Muscle Shoals 31-0 win over Parker. Sullivan scored on runs of 19, 1, 2 yards.
Dominique Thomas, Jacksonville: Rushed for 156 yards on 11 carries, including a 98-yard touchdown, in a 56-7 loss to Oneonta.
Josh Thomas, Montgomery Academy: Ran for 219 yards and three touchdowns, threw a 22-yard TD pass and scored on a 70-yard punt return in a 54-44 win at Ranburne. TD runs covered 19, 61 and 79 yards.
Terrance Sanders, Linden: Rushed for 153 yards on 25 carries and scored five touchdowns in a 42-16 win over McKenzie. His TD runs covered 26, 3, 8, 3 and 5 yards.
Trent Thrash, Fyffe: Ran for 182 yards and three touchdowns (2, 1, 24) on 28 carries in a 35-21 win at Walter Wellborn. Thrash scored on runs of 1, 2 and 24 yards, with the 24-yarder clinching the win with 1:03 to go.
Demarcus Williams, Jackson: Replaced injured star QB Matthew Jordan in the first quarter and completed 11 of 23 passes for 176 yards and a TD and ran for 70 yards and another score on 21 carries in the Aggies’ 24-7 win over Briarwood.
Daniel Woodall, Falkville: Ran for 191 yards and touchdowns of 42 yards and one yard on 19 carries in a 50-14 loss to Hubbertville.
Justin Woolfolk, Montgomery Academy: Had 29 carries for 288 yards and three touchdowns in a 54-44 win at Ranburne.
DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS
Neonta Alexander, Piedmont: Picked off a pass late in the game to help the Bulldogs secure a 20-19 victory at Deshler.
Taj Bates, Deshler: Blocked two punts in 20-19 loss to Piedmont.
Kaleb Estill, Addison: Recovered a fumble, had a pair of tackles for loss and caught a 41-yard pass on a fake punt to extend an eventual scoring drive in his final game as a Bulldog.
Darnell Jackson, Piedmont: Returned the second-half kickoff 79 yards for a touchdown in the Bulldogs’ 20-19 win at Deshler.
Walter Little, St. Paul’s: Returned a fumble 91 yards for a touchdown for the game’s first score in the Saints’ 20-14 OT win at Benjamin Russell.
Carson McGregory, Deshler: Booted field goals of 29, 31, 31 and 23 yards in a 20-19 loss to Piedmont.
Avery Reid, Oneonta: Had a 41-yard interception return for a touchdown, five tackles and two pass break ups. On offense, he scored on TD runs of 1, 1 and 4 yards in a 56-7 victory over Jacksonville.
John Wesley Williamson, Spanish Fort: Collected two of his team’s four sacks as the Toros held the Sylacauga offense to just 81 total yards in a 44-7 victory.
Taylor Wilson, Addison: Had 77 return yards, booted through two extra points and threw a 41-yard pass on a fake punt in a 38-22 loss to top-ranked Pickens County.
Zach Woodham, Saraland: Intercepted Homewood quarterback Carson Griffis late in the game to seal the Spartans’ 21-14 win at Homewood.
