It’s ‘Reading Across America’ time at area schools, and to celebrate, W.S. Neal Elementary students had some very special guests Monday – JAG students from Escambia Career Readiness Center. During the morning hours, second grade students heard a variety of Dr. Seuss stories.

This week is also book fair week. On Thursday, parents are invited to a reading event from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. where guest readers will entertain the crowds. The book fair will also be open for shopping, and refreshments will be served.
