Mr. Jason Eric Butts, 21, of the Bethel Community, died Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2002 in a local hospital after an extended illness. He was a native and life long resident of Brewton and was of the Assembly of God faith.
He is survived by his parents, Steve and Vivian Butts of Bethel; a twin brother, Josh Butts of Bethel; his paternal grandmother, Lorena Butts of Bethel; his maternal grandfather, Clayton Butts of Bethel and his great grandmother, Alyne Pittman of McClellan, Fla.
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 4, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Skidmore and Rev. John Kemp officiating. Burial followed at Haveard Cemetery at Bethel with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
