Mary Ann Holt, 42, a resident of Montgomery, died September 1, 2007.  She was preceded in death by her father, H. Glenn Holt. 
She is survived by her mother, Ruth Holt of Brewton; and Jackie Ayres of Jackson; her brother, David (Barbara) Holt of Gulf Shores; Bryan Holt of Montgomery, Brock Holt of Brewton, and her beloved, Sinclair.
Funeral services are scheduled for September 6, at the Brewton First Baptist Church, at11 a.m. with the Rev Jack Fitts officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Brewton with Leak-Memory Chapel directing.  She will lie-in-state one hour prior to the service at the church.
Flowers will be accepted and memorial contributions may be made to M. D. Anderson Hospital, Melanoma Unit, Houston, Texas.
