Two are behind bars and a third is being sought by the Brewton Police Department after a raid on a “spice house” on Bryant Circle Friday.
Sgt. Josh Stanely said the department’s special response team executed a search warrant at 120 Bryant Circle at 6 a.m. after multiple reports of suspected drug activity.
“Narcotics agents were able to make an undercover buy of spice from the residence and later obtained a search warrant,” Stanley said.
Inside the home, agents found Curtis Contreal Ball of McKenzie, who was charged with distribution and possession of a controlled substance.
Agents were also allegedly able to make another undercover buy in a separate case from Prince Grace of Brewton at another Bryant Circle home. Grace was arrested and charged with distribution and possession of a controlled substance, as well as a second possession charge after agents allegedly found a bottle of hydrocodone pills on him.
A third suspect from Bryant Circle, Frederick Laquan Everett of McKenzie, remains at large and is wanted for distribution and possession of a controlled substance (spice).
Anyone with information on Everette’s whereabouts is asked to contact one’s local law enforcement agency.
