Mrs. Daisy Parmer Green, 85, died Thursday, Oct. 25, at a Pensacola hospital. She was a native of Evergreen and she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Jack Green; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.D. Parmer; and a sister, Frances McMillan. She was employed with Luziers Cosmetics for 63 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Louise (Mason) Carden of Pensacola, Sandra Gene (Robby) Scott of Jacksonville, Ark. and Dianna Frances (James) McCarn of Brewton; her grandchildren, Bill Peebles, Amber Justice, Lindsey and Kelley; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Castleberry Methodist Church at 1 p.m. Burial followed at Buffington Cemetery with Cope Funeral Home of Evergreen directing.
