Mr. A.M Sellers, 81, died Friday, Oct. 4, 2002 in Bay Minette. He was a native of Red Town, Ala. and a lifelong resident of Atmore. He was a Marine Corp veteran of World War II, a member and past master of Carney Lodge 549, a member of the Scottish Rite, and a retired employee of L &N Railroad after 37 years. He attended Brook's Memorial Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn P. Sellers of Atmore; his brother, Tobe Sellers of Atmore; his sister, Pearl Boatwright of Century, Fla. and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Oct. 6, at 2 p.m. at the Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Grindle officiating. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery with Masonic services and Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Masons.
