T.R. Miller volleyball faced competition in Mobile this past weekend. Miller competed against McGill Toolen, Saraland, Satsuma, Carver and Faith Academy and finished the tournament 2-3.
“It was a great tournament and we anticipated competing against some good ball teams,” said TRM volleyball coach Terri Lynne Peacock. “We got off to a slow early. We seemed to not get our feet moving in the first two games. Game three against satsuma we found our spark and began to play tough ball. We found ourselves having to focus and win close games which is a challenge we needed.”
