Webb places 3rd in national PPK

Brewton native Darius Webb finished third overall in the 12-13 year old boys’ division at the National Football League Punt, Pass and Kick competition in Orlando this past Friday.
Webb finished with a total distance of 361.3. Webb recorded a distance of 128 in punting, 147.1 in passing, and 85.5 in kicking. He recorded the highest distance in punting among the participants.
Nathan Wulff, representing the Kansas City Chiefs out of Omaha, Neb., secured first place with a total distance of 405.1.
Taking second place was Thomas Nattania, representing the Washington Redskins out of Virginia Beach, Va.
Fourth place went to Ethan McDaniel., representing the Denver Broncos out of Goodland, Kan.
