BYF camp to be held on April 22

The Brewton Youth Football League will host a football camp for ages five to 16 years old on Sat., April 22, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the T.R. Miller Practice Field.

On hand will be past Super Bowl champions Domenik Hixon, Steve Cargile and Jerrell Jernigan. Also as a special guest will be former New York Met J.J. Newman.

Cost for each child to participate is $15. To register contact Brewton Youth Football on facebook by March 31, or visit eventbrite.com to signup.

“I think this camp will be great for the young kids of the community,” said camp coordinator Brian Wesley. “We have some experienced former NFL players, all of which have won at the highest level who will definetly make the experience worthwhile.”

The event will be sponsored by Peach Chevrolet.
