Alabama High School Athletic Association area softball tournaments will begin play tomorrow, with area teams T.R. Miller set to travel to Excel and W.S. Neal hosting.

In Class 3A, TRM will play Flomaton at 10:45 a.m. in the opening round. The winner will play the winner of Excel versus Hillcrest at 2:15 p.m. in the second round. Full schedule is as followed:

• Game 3: Loser 1 vs Loser 2 at 12:30 p.m.;
• Game 4: Winner 1 vs Winner 2 at 2:15 p.m.;
• Game 5: Loser of Game 4 vs Winner of Game 3 at 4 p.m.;
• Game 6: Winner of Game 4 vs. Winner of Game 5 at 5:45 p.m.
• Game 7: (if necessary) Winner of Game 6 vs. Loser of Game 5 at 7:30 p.m. (Championship)

In Class 4A, WSN will play the winner of Monroe County versus Escambia County at 1 p.m. in the second round. Full schedule is as followed:

• Game 3: Loser of Game 1 vs Loser of Game 2 at 3 p.m.;
• Game 4: Winner of Game 3 versus Winner of Game 2 at 5 p.m.
• Game 5: (if necessary) Winner of Game 4 vs Loser of Game 4 at 7 p.m. (Championship)

Winner and runner up from each area tournament will advance to regionals in Gulf Shores next week for both classes.
