It did not start out pretty for the W.S Neal Eagle B team Thursday night at home against Flomaton, but in the second and third quarters of the game the Eagles turned things around and went on for a 34-19 win.
With the win, the Eagles improved 7-12 on the season.

A 3-pointer by the Hurricanes made it a 9-3 lead at the 1:42 mark as the Eagles closed the quarter on a 4-0 run to cut the lead to 9-7 at the end of the first.
With nine points in the first quarter, the Hurricanes only scored two points in the second quarter and one in the third as the Eagles scored 10 and 11 points in the two quarters to build a 17-11 lead at the half and a 28-12 lead at the end of the third quarter.
In the second quarter, the Eagles continued on their 4-0 run to end the first and added a 7-0 run in the second quarter for an 11-0 run as Kenny Kiser, Lametrius Curry and Percy Travis all scored for the Eagles as they took a 14-9 lead with 4:17 left. The Hurricanes would add two points to cut the lead to 14-11, but Travis added a 3-pointer with 1:15 left as they held a 17-11 lead at the half.
One point in the third quarter was all the Hurricane B team managed as the Eagles went on another 11-0 run to take a 25-11 lead with 2:07 left in the third.
Another Travis 3-pointer at the third quarter buzzer gave the Eagles a 28-12 lead heading into the final quarter of play.
The fourth quarter resembled the first quarter as the Eagles were outscored 7-6 in the quarter, but the second and third quarter damage had already been done as the Eagles held on for the 34-19 win.
