Inner Fit martial arts student, Ashton Chancery, was recently awarded the title of Alabama Karate Circuit State Champion in 3 different divisions.

Chancery has been busy throughout the year training and competing to earn these titles.

The honor was awarded based on his performance tally’s over several competitions.

“Chancery has been training with us for a little over a year and half. He works extremely hard and trains 3 to 4 days a week with us, not to mention all the extra time he spends training at home. He loves to compete and is willing to train and travel to be competitive and he has the mindset of someone who is going to go very far,” said Rachel White.

Chancery captured the top spot in 10-11 intermediate forms, 10-11 intermediate boys’ fighting and in the kickboxing divisions as well.
