Students and faculty have begun celebrations at T.R. Miller High School in observance of Homecoming 2022 week.
The week of observance will culminate on Friday with an array of activities for current students and alumni of the school.
Organizers have planned an alumni welcome and tea in the school cafeteria beginning at 10 a.m. Class being honored and welcomed back to the campus include 952, 1957, 1962, 1967, 1972, 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2007 and 2012.
The Homecoming Pep Rally will be held in the gym from noon to 1 p.m. and students and alumni will prepare for the parade through downtown Brewton set to begin at 2 p.m.
The T.R. Miller Tigers will be hosting the Escambia County Blue Devils for the annual Homecoming game with kick off set for 7 p.m.
Alumni will have a special reserved area at the stadium.
Pre-game activities will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will include recognizing the returning classes as well as presentation of the Homecoming Court and the crowning of the Homecoming Queen.
Tickets for the Homecoming game will be on sale through Thursday at the main office on the TRM campus on Douglas Avenue.
