Mrs. Anna Bell Grantham, 72, died Wednesday, July 9, 2008, in a local nursing facility. She was a native of Ruleville, Miss., and had been a resident of the Brewton area since 1963, coming from Lambert, Miss. She was a homemaker and a member of Alco Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Johnny Wayne Skinner of Smithville, Miss., and Davey Ray Grantham of Brewton; two daughters, Debbie Tucker and Judy Royce, both of Brewton; three sisters, Jane Kennedy and Inez Grant, both of Grenada, Miss., and Sarah Maw of Atlanta, Ga.; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service was held Saturday, July 12, at 4 p.m. at Alco Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Keese and the Rev. Doug Coburn officiating and Craver's Funeral Home directing.
