A local organization is putting together a benefit yard sale set for Saturday in Brewton. The fundraiser event will help raise money to support a scholarship aimed at benefiting area students.

A community yard sale and fun day is set for Saturday to help raise funds to support the Chason Godbolt and ReShena Young Memorial Scholarships from the Wayne’s Outreach Organization.

The group will begin the sale and fun at 8 a.m. Sept. 23 at 720 Sellers Street in Brewton.
