Nalty named to ‘Hall of Fame’

Brewton native, Frank Nalty was recently inducted into the Alabama Association of Resource Conservation and Development Council’s Hall of Fame.
Nalty was recognized by the Association for his long-time commitment and leadership to the Gulf Coast RC&D Council at the Alabama RC&D Association’s Annual Conference in April 2024. He was instrumental in the organization and the authorization of the Gulf Coast RC&D Council, and has served on the Gulf Coast RC&D Council since 1993.
The Gulf Coast RC&D Council serves Mobile, Baldwin and Escambia Counties, and the Poarch Band of Creek Indians to provide grant opportunities to schools, units of government and nonprofit organizations for community development, conservation education and natural resources conservation projects.
