Mrs. Exie Lou Reed, 75, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008, at her residence. She was a native of Belleville and a resident of Bay Minette, coming from Brewton. She was a homemaker and a member of Alco Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Wilson Reed Jr.
She is survived by four sons, James Bernard (Robin) Coker, William D. (Marie) Reed, and Michael S. (Nina Roberts) Coker, all of Bay Minette, and William (Pam) Coker of Sylacauga; a daughter, Pam (Terry) Byers of St. George, Ga.; a sister, Geneva Stacey of Cantonment, Fla.; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Sept. 21, at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with the Rev. Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
