It’s homecoming for T.R. Miller this week and plenty of activities are planned to celebrate the 2024 event.
The week of student activities will culminate on Friday with special game day happenings.
Class reunions are planned for alumni from Classes 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009, and 2014, all of which will be recognized this week.
On Friday, an Alumni Tea will be held in the school lunchroom until noon. At noon, the student body will join alumni at Brewton Municipal Stadium for a pep rally. School will dismiss at 1 p.m. at the close of the pep rally.
Floats will make their way to downtown Brewton to begin the parade set for a 2 p.m. start.
The festivities will continue at Brewton Municipal Stadium with pre-game activities at 6:30 p.m. when alumni will be recognized and the crowning of the Homecomine Queen will take place.
The T.R. Miller Tigers will host the Excel Panthers for the homecmong game with a 7 p.m. kick off.
