Mr. Lester “Bull” Don Dixon, 49, died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, at his residence on Ridge Road. He was a native of Kirksville, Mo. and a resident of the East Brewton area since 1981. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ethel Bozarth Dixon of Kirksville.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Dixon of East Brewton; sons, Jason (Katie) Clay of Century, Fla., David (Karen) Capps and Steven Clay, both of East Brewton; daughters, Dottie (Simon) Lambeth and Christy Hatfield, both of East Brewton; his father, Guy Dixon of Kirksville; a sister, Evelyn (Jacob) Jeffries of Kirksville; brothers, Stanley (Janie) Dixon and Guylee (Pat) Dixon, both of Kirksville; 11 grandchildren; and numerous other relatives.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 2, at Jay Funeral Home with Jay Funeral Home directing.
