The Brewton Police Department made an arrest early Friday morning and charged the suspect with a long list of crimes.

Andrew Easterling, 30, was arrest by Brewton Police Department and charged with seven crimes including attempting to elude, resisting arrest, carrying brass knuckles/slingshot, assault second, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools and a certain person forbidding to possess a firearm.

Easterling was booked into the Escambia County Detention Center just before 3 a.m. on Friday.

His was held without bond at the time of the booking. An appearance in court may change the bond status.

Several other holiday arrests were made by other agencies across Escambia County resulting in bookings into the Escambia County Detention Center.
