Angels have found their way to local banks and are waiting for area residents to lend them a hand for the holiday.
Residents may choose an angel used to represent a boy or girl in the Brewton area who has been referred to the Brewton Christmas Project program.
Michelle Jones with the Greater Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce, said angels are available in Brewton and East Brewton bank lobbies.
Jones said the deadline for returning gifts for the angels is 5 p.m., Dec. 12.
Jones said purchases should be made for toys only and should be age appropriate.
Jones said wrapping the toy is not necessary and would only be a waste of time for the gift-giver.
For additional information concerning the Brewton Christmas Project or to obtain an angel, call the Chamber office at 867-3224.
