Mr. George Thomas Cutts, 73, died Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010, in a Mobile medical facility after a brief illness. He was a native and life long resident of Escambia County. He was the owner of Cutts Pulpwood.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Evans Cutts of East Brewton; a son, George Dewayne (Lisa Alford) Cutts of Brewton; a daughter, Patricia Cutts Meadows of East Brewton and her friend, Donald Goff; two sisters, Agnes Lucus and Emmagean Howell, both of Brewton; three stepsons, Jeff White of Foley, and David White and Mark White, both of Grand Bay; a stepdaughter, Betty Musselwhite of Irvington; five grandchildren; 13 stepgrandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 3, from 6-8 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 4, at 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Middleton officiating. Burial will follow at Brown Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
