Mrs. Pearl Lila Schlappi Greiner, 92, died Monday, July 21, 2003 at a Milton, Fla. healthcare center after an extended illness. She was a native of Petoskey, Mich. and a former resident of Mississippi before moving to Jay in 1979. She was a homemaker and a member of the McClellan Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by two sons, James Greiner of Traverse City, Mich. and William Greiner of Star, Idaho; three daughers, Janet Lamkin of Petoskey, Mich., Sally Evy of Sellersville, Fla. and Carolyn Lee of Pensacola; one brother, Forrest Schlappi of Petoskey; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, July 25, 6-8 p.m. at Willliams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 26, at 10 a.m. at Williams Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Williams Qualls officiating. Burial will follow at Sellersville Cemetery in Sellersville with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
