Mrs. Sara Hunter Hart, 55, of Hart Farm Road, Flomaton died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003 in a local hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Atmore and a life-long resident of Flomaton. She was a member of Flomaton Methodist Church, Flomaton Research Club, United Methodist Women Sue Jackson Chapter and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Shelton Howington of Flomaton; two nephews, Jim Hart of Brewton and John Hart of Charlotte, N.C.
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 10, at 2 p.m. at Flomaton Methodist Church with Rev. Ray Lane officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
