Mrs. Ora Mae Littell, 88, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2004 at the local hospital. She was a native of Escambia County and had lived in the Miami area before returning to Brewton 30 years ago. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was a member of The White Orchid Sisterhood of the Dames of Malta in the Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Earl Fuqua.
She is survived by her husband, Bartow S. Littell of Brewton; a brother, U.B. "Sun" Fuqua of Brewton; a daughter-in-law, Mary C. Fuqua of Zavalla, Texas; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 6, at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with Elder Paul Shelly officiating. Burial followed at Bethel Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Michael Fuqua, David Fuqua, Danny Fuqua, Wayne Fuqua, Thirl Fuqua and Johnny Fuqua.
