TRM football remains at No. 8 in recent poll

In the new Alabama Sports Writers Association (ASWA) football poll that was released Wednesday, T.R. Miller remained ranked No. 8 in class 3A.
The Tigers will take on class 4A’s No. 7 Andalusia this week in a non-region game in Brewton.
There are four class 3A region 1 teams, including T.R. Miller, ranked in the poll. Washington County is No. 4 followed by Bayside at No. 6, T.R. Miller at No. 8 and Trinity at No. 10.
Thomasville, class 4A No. 1, and Jackson, class 4A No. 2, are the lone representatives from class 4A region 1.
