Mrs. Marcella Ann Maddox, 92, died Saturday, July 10, 2004 in a local health care facility. She was a native of Omaha, Neb. and a long-time resident of Andalusia before moving to Brewton two years ago. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by three sons, Paul Irvin Rogers of Fort Worth, Texas, Richard Dale Rogers of Andalusia and Robin Ray Rogers of Pensacola; three daughters, Barbara Dixon of Brewton and Naomi Watson and Rebecca Bolling, both of Andalusia; 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 13, at 2 p.m. at Craver's Funeral Home with Minister Clifford Dixon officiating. Burial followed at Travis Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Clayton Lavonne Watson, Timothy Maddox, Jimmy Keith Maddox, Larry Dixon, Braxton Rogers and Casey Piland.
