Dear Editor:
I would like to thank the people of Brewton, East Brewton and Riverview for the reception they gave our returning troops last Saturday.
I also want to thank the people who made the signs and placed them along the roadside of the route traveled.
I must commend Southern Pine for the beautiful flag display and welcome signs they had in Riverview. It was great.
Thanks to all who took part in this.
Last, but not least, I wish to thank the soldiers who served. You were great.
