In their second game of the season Tuesday in a rematch on the road against Andalusia, the Brewton Middle School basketball teams lost to the Bulldogs for the second time this year to see their records fall to 0-2.
The Lady Tigers of BMS lost 31-16 while the boys lost 38-19.
Both teams will be back in action Thursday at home as they take on Repton. Game time is set for 5 p.m. at the new Brewton Middle School gymnasium with the girls playing first followed by the boys.

Andalusia 31, BMS girls 16
Facing off against Andalusia for the second time this year, the Lady Bulldogs defeated the Lady Tigers of BMS by 15 points Tuesday, 31-16.
Brewton was held scoreless in the first quarter and trailed 4-0 heading into the second quarter. In the second, Andalusia outscored the Lady Tigers 6-2 to increase their halftime lead to eight points, 10-2.
In the third quarter, Andalusia held a 10-6 advantage to take a 20-8 lead into the fourth quarter. In the fourth, Brewton was outscored by three points, 11-8, to take the loss by 15 points.
Emonea Curry led Brewton in the loss with 11 points including all eight points in the fourth quarter. Tempest Thompson followed with four points and Anilah Brazille added one point in the loss.

Andalusia 38, BMS boys 19
In the boys game Tuesday night in Andalusia, Brewton lost by 19 points to the Bulldogs, 38-19.
Andalusia jumped out on the Tigers early in the first quarter as they led 11-4 after one quarter of play.
In the second, Brewton cut into the Bulldog lead as they held an 8-4 advantage in the quarter to cut the lead to three points at the half, trailing 15-12.
In the third quarter, Andalusia doubled up the Tigers 14-7 to increase their lead to 29-19 heading into the fourth quarter.
In the fourth, Andalusia held the Tigers of BMS scoreless while pouring in nine points to defeat Brewton by 19 points, 38-19.
Tamerick Jenkins and Ahmad Taylor led Brewton with six points each while Devonte Peterson had three points. Markail Mitchell and Jo Jo Booker had two points each in the loss.
